The Standard King Room was clean and spacious with a nice comfy bed. The shower had a realistic rain feature, which was cool. A/C was super quiet too, which I liked. However, service felt a bit off at times. they seemed forgetful about requests. Plus, we had a couple of hours without power, which was kind of a bummer.

I had a wonderful stay with a beautiful view of the Sierra Nevada mountains and a spacious room equipped with a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional, probably the best I’ve had in Valledupar, with freshly baked items and a variety of juices. However, extending the room service hours would definitely enhance the experience, especially for late-night snacks.

The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, which made the experience enjoyable. The rooms were large and offered a beautiful view. However, the cleanliness could be improved, and the check-in process was a bit cumbersome due to faulty room keys.

Had an awesome stay with friends. We explored the Birthplace of Vallenato and enjoyed rides around the beautiful areas near the hotel. The staff were friendly, made us feel right at home, and even helped us switch rooms quickly when needed. Plus, there's a mall next door for easy shopping.

We did experience a power outage for a couple of hours, which was disruptive to our sleep, and no one offered an apology.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! They made me feel at home, addressing me by name. My only issue was a little dust in the room. Would stay again! 😊
